Michael’s Filet Tips – A rich Red Wine Demi Glaze with fresh Mushrooms, Peppers, and Onions over your choice of Pasta.

 

Teriyaki Salmon – Topped with a delicious Teriyaki Glaze and slices of Grilled Pineapple.

 

Lemon Butter Haddock – Delicious White Flaky Fish topped with Ritz Cracker Crumbs and a Lemon Butter Sauce.

 

Chef Michael’s Crab Cake – Delicious 5oz Crab Cake served over a bed of Spinach and topped with a Lemon Butter Sauce.

 

Chicken Marsala – All White Meat Chicken Breast blended with Mushrooms in a Red Wine Demi Glaze over your choice of Pasta.

 

Smothered Chicken – Topped with Mushrooms, Onions, and Peppers and finished with melted Provolone Cheese.
