Baked Stuffed Shrimp – Jan’s now almost Famous Seafood Stuffing on 5 Jumbo Shrimp.

 

Lemon Butter Haddock – Delicious White Flaky Fish topped with Ritz Cracker Crumbs and in a Lemon Butter Sauce.

 

Almond Encrusted Haddock – Chef Michael’s Special Dish. A generous piece of fresh Haddock, pan seared, then finished in the oven and topped with a fresh Pineapple Sherry Sauce.

 

Mahi – Served Grilled or Blackened and topped with a Pineapple Mango Butter Sauce!! Delicious!

 

Baked Scallops – Beautiful Sea Scallops in a Lemon Butter and White Wine Sauce.

 

Teriyaki Salmon – Topped with a delicious Teriyaki Glaze.

 

Salmon Oscar – Beautiful piece of Salmon topped with Crabmeat and Asparagus and drizzled with Béarnaise sauce.

 

Fresh Grouper – Pan Sauteed on a bed of Sauteed Spinach and topped with Jan’s Lobster Sherry Sauce.
